Kursa is a service provided by the natural person identified below, who acts as the holder of and the party responsible for the website kursa.run and for every subdomain and event page derived from it.

What Kursa does, and what it does not

Kursa is a registration technology platform. It gives organizers the tools to publish their race, collect the entries and manage them.

Kursa does not organize any race. The organization, the course, the safety, the services and compliance with the sporting rules of each event are the sole responsibility of the organizer who publishes it, who is identified on the race page.

Terms of use

Access to the site is free and open. Using the site means accepting this legal notice in the version published at any given time.

You undertake not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to enter false data in any form and not to carry out any action that could damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the service or of its security systems.

Intellectual and industrial property

The code, the design, the Kursa brand, the texts and the rest of the elements of the site that do not belong to an organizer are owned by the site holder or are used with their authorization. All rights are reserved.

The names, logos, images and content of each race belong to its organizer, who declared ownership of them when publishing them and takes responsibility for them.

These contents may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without written authorization, other than the private copying and quotation allowed by law.

Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party pages — the website of a race, a timekeeper, a federation. These links are informative and imply no relationship with or supervision of their content, for which Kursa accepts no responsibility.

Liability and availability

Kursa works to keep the service continuously available, but cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions caused by maintenance, incidents at third-party providers or force majeure.

Kursa is not liable for damage arising from the information an organizer publishes, nor for the holding, the postponement or the cancellation of a race, which are decisions of the organizer.

Nothing said in this notice excludes the liability that consumer law imposes as mandatory.

Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the cookie policy, both linked at the foot of this page.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute, if you are a consumer the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction, as consumer law provides. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Girona.
